Our crew all love fixing machines, and I've been really impressed by how willing they have been to embrace and improve the self development, technology and admin sides of the business.

These choices weren't easy, as we are all working hard to build success.
Our team are going on a well-earned break. I'm sending out a loud warning to all the fish in the Gulf, this crew is keen, and I hope you all have many hours of glorious fishing over the holidays.
JOLT Challenge Training
Our three senior mechanics have completed the world-famous leadership and resilience programme the JOLT Challenge, hosted by Wade Jackson. The 10 week programme is designed to teach us to adjust our mindset to handle challenges with calmess and perspective. Braam was sunning himself in South Africa for our last session but Derek, Ben and I finished the challenge motivated and inspired.
